The product works great! The only drawback I have is that in order for me to refill a 20 oz bottle I have to take the drip tray off before filling it up. Other than that the product works great. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a water dispenser.
The delivery was very fast. I got it within one week.
The product arrived in excellent condition.

We replaced a tall water cooler with this counter top unit. It looks great and is used constantly by family and friends as our lake cabin has questionable drinking water. The hot water dispenser makes tea instantly. Like this unit so much want to buy one for our Florida home. [...]

I only wish the water output was faster or a larger amount. It takes a long time to fill up a pitcher which is what I mostly do.

This is a great water dispenser. It takes up very little room on a counter and quickly cools and heats water. I am very pleased with this affordable purchase.

This little unit is wonderful. I purchased it for my son's 1st grade classroom so the kids would have fresh drinking water to consume. The switches on the back are perfect (one for the hot and one for cold) so the kids cannot get to the controls to turn on the hot. For the money, it is a wonderful little unit!

I haven't used the hot water option so much, too many bad feedbacks regarding it's usage. Otherwise, I think the cooler is excellent. The water could be slightly colder, but it does what I intended to have it do.

The water takes long to heat or get cold. You can only tap a little at a time before it is soon room temp. It also doesn't get hot enough to brew a tea bag and not very cold to drink.

Functionaly the product is perfect but
The Water comming from it terribly stinks of plastic and it's impossible to fix it after 3 weeks cleaning and "using" it
I bought this water dispenser for personal use in my office. I'm very pleased with it. I'm particularly pleased that the "on and off" buttons for cooling and heating the water are separate. I like hot water and room tempurature water (not cold water), and am able to turn on just the heating function, and can leave the cooling function turned off. I drink a lot of tea and am pleased as punch to be able to instantly make a nice hot cup without leaving my chair--and I can very easily warm my cup up with a bit of hot water as needed.

I bought this water cooler for my desk at work because I thought it would be quiet, not having a compressor. It is compact and fits nicely which means I drink more water and less soda at work. But, I expected a quiet unit, and it runs a fan all the time which is pretty loud and annoying and the water is only cool, never cold. But the hot water is very fast and hot. I'm satisfied with the product overall.
