Such a blast !!. I connected this receiver to a samsung LCD HDTV using Ultra-High speed 1000HD HDMI monster cables and you will be able to enjoy all your movies with the best sound that you can possibly get out this receiver.

This receiver has everything you need to manage your audio video needs. The power is suitable for a large room. It is capable of setting up for two zones.

This product is a brand new offering replacing the RX-V659. If you have read reviews on the RX-V659 from Audioholics, then you know how good it is. This receiver took all of the same and added the HDMI. I couldn't be happier with the performance. You won't get any better for the price, and it will hold its own when compared with the receivers that are in the High-End market (1K plus!). It's a steal at $[...] list, let alone for any priced less than that! The HDMI pass-through (1080P) worked flawlessly on my Sony 52" LCD XBR (KDL52XBR3). I have a Dish ViP622 DVR & PS3 routed through the Yami (via HDMI)and on to the Sony via HDMI. This receiver rocks the rafters on the surround system! Excellent build quality, superb power and sound quality. This receiver is a winner.
