I was kinda afraid when I opened the box and found out this unit came with out a remote!But after I calmed down,read the short manual its a breeze to program, really simple. I have 15 cd's in so far and the ramdom play is really fast and you can program to play just the 15 cd's !!!!I use the unit in my dinning room and don't have to worry when friends come over there will be music forever!!!

Probably the ONLY drawback was this is a NON remote model which we didn't know until receipt - you need to move up to the next model per the pioneer box.

I would buy this product again.

THIS ITEM WAS THE PERFECT SIZE. THE 300 AND 400 DISC PLAYERS ARE WAY TOO MUCH OVERKILL. THIS UNIT WORKS GREAT AND ISN'T A PROBLEM WHEN YOU WANT TO CHANGE THE LIBRARY OF DISCS.

It lives up to all its claims of excellence in performance, ease in use, and functional appearance that blends into any decor. I may buy another so I can have one for the opposite sides of the house. The reps at Abt are first rate. Always a positive experience dealing with them.

I would recommend this product. The sound is outstanding. We had our previous 24 disk cd player for many, many years and we did not like giving it up but our friends complained that it wouldn't do random anymore and cd's would not play properly, so this new cd player was a great purchase for us and we are looking forward to having it for many years to come.
