Although my 50" LG plasma is not 3D, I bought this unit because it had a few more features than the LHB326. I don't need a big system in the family room so the 336 works perfectly. I have good sound quality with plenty of bass (Star Wars and Pirates of the Caribbean sound great!). I admit though that I haven't fully checked out all the bells and whistles and have yet to hook up my surround sound, but that is coming soon. Internet after that.
