[...] SO easy to setup. One master plug goes into the receiver/amp and clearly marked opposite ends plug into each of the 3 speakers; L, R & sub woofer. I have a SONY TV also, so the controls on the remote were programmed to also operate the TV, in addition to the receiver/amp. The sound is excellent for movies, yet noticeably more muted for the TV signal coming from the cable box, both with RCA plugs and optional optical connection (the amp has many connection options in the rear). I have not tried any audio CD's yet. My room size is 12' x 14', so this little systems works very well in it: small, compact yet PLENTY loud and clear and bassy enough for me (and I'm a bass player!)The cons for me are the custom (proprietary) plugs and cable for the speakers. For one, the cable connector is rather large, making the dressing of the cables behind the amp difficult because the hole we have drilled in the shelves to pass cables up to another shelf isn't large enough to fit the end through. I have to redrill them! Also, I want to place the sub woofer at the opposite end of the room. That means buying an extension cable and they ARE expensive; [$].All-in-all, one great sounding, small system that looks great too. The cabling size is only a small issue which is able to be worked around.
