Problem with Bass cabinet. Some low frequency drop off and bass frequencies that the bass cabinet likes to resonate.I would assume because the bass isn't powered independently and the box is a little thin. Overall a well engineered system, superb system regarding value, able to rename inputs. Its [...] a great deal.

for $[...] the sound is nice, and the options ehance the sound with various choices for dolby and music easy setup if you read the documentation. the mike to set up the surround was easy to use. the wires are hard wired into the speakers which is a pain, you could probably rewire but is it worth it. the length is limieted on them so i splice wire together. movies are great and TV and satellite music stations sound nice. well worth the $[...]. No HDMI input which might be a pain for me in future when i get and hdtv.

We use this system in a very small room with a huge 50" flatscreen - really makes you feel like you are part of the movie! Great all around!

This system produces a fantastic sound for such an inexpensive package. The tuner/amp is not nearly as deep as a conventional component amp, so it fits very well on my narrow shelf. Digital-optical in is a nice plus (not sure why it's on Video 2) and the speakers/sub sound fantastic. Nice booming bass and crisp sound for my Xbox 360. Highly recommended.
