I recently had a party and everyone loved the sound generated by this product. I thing this stereo could compete with systems that costs much more. I am still learning all about the features that came with this system. Be aware however that you must buy a cable if you wish to connect your ipod or other accessory device to the stereo.

It is rare that such a small relatively inexpensive system can sound so well and also offer a 5 disk CD player, tape player and good AM-FM radio. A real attractive bargain!

I love this so much that I hid it from my teenages. When they would go to school that's when I played it. Well, they found it and I just bought another one for myself. I like this radio better than my BOSE. My Bose dosn't have a place to use headpones. For the price, [...]My panasonic is much better and has more features. The Bose radio dosn't work as well as the Panasonic.If you are like me and you must have a great sound with a little radio that get stations regular radio's can't get. I suggest you try this stereo set. I am very happy with it.

I live in my RV and needed a small stereo system. I also wanted as many CD changers as I could find in a small unit. This stereo has five, in addition to AM/FM and cassette capability. Plenty of good sound for my needs. Love being able to play music for hours!

I returned a $1300 Boss Acustic Wave and purchased this for $[...] which provided better sound, much easier operation and controls and much more attractive design. Great unit!

Bought this to use for worship music in the prayer chapel at our church. The sound is fantastic! Especially liked that it could handle CDs, radio or MP3 players. Excellent buy...highly recommended! Only observed drawback is that the CD trays are a little on the flimsy side.

Best bang for the buck, at this price for this quality of sound and design, you will not find better. Almost as good as the small denon for the sound (if denon is rated 100, this one will be rated 95 just for a small difference in favor of denon for the treble) Panasonic gives more features, more bass, more everything.

Excellant receiver sensitivity AM/FM

The FM sensitivity in the owner's manual specs
indicates 0.3uV (MICROvolts).
That is absolutely excellant for a consumer radio.
The AM sensitivity is spec'd at 900uV per square
meter of signal. That too is absolutely excellant.
NOTE: SHOULD you happen to find specs on other
brands... don't be misled.... a uV is microvolts
as stated above, BUT a mV is MILLI-volts...and
that is a much much much WEAKER receiver !
Go for the smallest number FM spec in uV
(MICRO-volts)!
I almost bought a Sony mini-system, but after
downloading the Sony owner's manuals.... Sony
DID NOT EVEN specify their receiver sensitivity.
I am a retired US Coast Guard Radioman and a
amateur radio operator... and believe me, the
radio works excellant. More than happy as i live
in the rural wooded area of N.E. Minnesota.
The controls are simple to use after two days
of reading the owner's manual and doing practice
on those controls. The audio is very good also
as used in the bedroom. I like the system so
much that i am ordering another remote-control
for the other side of the bed too... from the
Panasonic web site for around $10... very
satisfied indeed ! Truly, do your research
first before buying.... i am glad i did.
The radio reception is excellant because of the
above listed specs straight from the manual.
KNOW WHAT you are buying.... the specs count !
What a pleasure to have a hot radio in the
bedroom along with the other features toboot.
Thanks Panasonic for doing it correctly.

This little system will blow your socks off! It's incredibly powerful and the sound quality is amazing. A 5 disc changer, plays MP3's off CDRW's, and has a jack for an MP3 player. What more could you want. It looks great too. Panasonic rocks!

For a mini system -- one that fits on shelves, is used in smaller rooms or offices -- the Panasonic 5 CD changer is superb. Easy to use. Easy to set up. Remote control. And surprisingly good sound for a small system.

And, just as importantly, a VERY good price[...]. Best I could find anywhere.

Only reason I didn't give it a 'five star' rating was because that rating is a 'perfect' one and nothing is perfect AND because the speaker wires at a bit short, limiting placement of speakers. Other than that, this is a killer mini system.

I bought this for my 80+ years young mother.
I set it up and turned her loose with the instructions and she had it figured out in no time. She can really crank it up if the neighbors don't complain. She wouldn't let me spend much but she needed a new system. Best $$$ I've ever spent. One happy lady. I'll get one for myself soon. Great sound.
