The oven's fan is relatively quiet (esp. after it has preheated), and the oven cools down quickly. Heating inside is even. This replaced a 17 year old GE that was burning baked goods on the bottom and leaving them raw on top. Had bought a Maytag in my previous house whose fan was LOUD - it disturbed us at dinner, so I had to prop the door open after I cooked to help the oven cool down.
