This oven is built like a fortress and designed perfectly. So well insulated that it is still hot hours after use. Cooks food evenly, controls easy to use. To assist cooling after use a small fan blows hot air out so can make kithcen warm. Extremely happy with choice. ("Toxic" fumes with first use-careful with animals)
