A deep dish quiche can take forever to firm up. The convection option did a fabulous job on the evenly browned top and uniformly set custard as well as producing an incredibly flaky pre-baked crust.Love that the quick preheat lets you see the temp rising to the desired number so you don't waste any time guessing.This is a fantastic oven at a great price at ABT Electronics [...].
