Comments about Frigidaire Frigidaire Professional Series 27" Stainless Steel Microwave/Electric Wall Oven Combination:
I think everything is great about this Wall Micro Wave Combination except that the timer buzzer on the Microwave is too soft that if you are not standing on top of the unit you might not hear it.
Buy it you won't be sorry!!!

The Frigidaire Professional oven / microwave controls are very well situated on the touch panels and easy to understand. The equal heat distribution in the convection oven is first-rate, as demonstrated when there is a cake baking. A cake would come out with a raised section or bulge at one edge due to uneven heating from my previous oven. A cake is now very level on top and with no burnt or discoloration on the bottom, as well as being done all the way through. The oven seems to be quite a bit slower in coming up to the set cooking temperature than my previous oven. This may be a design characteristic and I suppose that in time, I may become accustomed to the additional five-minute delay to preheat the oven.
It is a brilliant design of the combining the lower oven and the microwave to appear as if it is a single appliance, which if fact, it is not. The microwave is actually a freestanding unit that could serve equally well setting on a counted top. This is clearly not a negative feature, because if at some later date, the microwave should fail to work and the cost of repair should exceed the replacement price, the entire oven would not have to be replaced. Simply unscrew the microwave from the lower oven and install a new one.
Other than the slow preheat time, this is a high-quality appliance and I can endorse it for exceptional value. JRT- Fort Worth, Texas
