Comments about GE GE Profile 27" Built-In Convection/Thermal Wall Oven - Black Finish:

I love to use the convection oven for baking multiple pans of cookies/bread...no need to 'switch' the pans half way thru. I think the temperature is true, and it does a great job baking foods.

I don't like how the control panel shows all my fingerprints.

I had heard how the fan runs for a long time after the oven is off, and I agree (1+ hr)...but it doesn't bother me really. I understand that other brands do not have that issue.

I wish there was a child-lock on the doors.

I did not buy an extended warranty (yet). My neighbors Jenn-Air convection oven had problems with the computer or fan and needed service twice while under warranty. The warranty does not seem too overpriced considering the cost of the unit.
