Comments about KitchenAid KitchenAid KEMC378KBK:

I upgraded from a 23 year old in-wall, microwave/oven combination unit with dial controls. This unit is state of the art with convection cooking in both the microwave unit and the lower oven. I have used the microwave for small dishes and the lower unit for full meals and both work great. The most evenly cooked and moist pork roast I ever cooked was done with convection roasting in the lower oven using the temperature probe. I set the internal temperature to 160 degrees and pressed start and the oven did the rest. There was a reminder tone when the meat was done. It was crispy brown on the outside and moist on the inside. I was very impressed. I had a similar experience with a meatloaf. With the internal temperture probe there is no guesswork or opening the oven to test the meal. Re-heating a plate of food or defrosting using the one touch pre-set feature worked great as well. I have absolutely no complaints with this unit so far.
