The product did not boost as promised and it stopped functioning (at least its signal light burned out) within days of trial use.

Although I very carefully set the booster up according to instructions, I found no noticeable change in my cell phone signal strength. I am using a Verizon VX6900 pda/phone and have fringe receiption where I am located. The mfg instructions called for at least a bar & one-half for boosting. I had that, but was unable to see any signal increase whatsoever. Thanks to Abt I was able to return the unit right away.
