The (sould be) simpless thing and most often in need of replacement is the rubber splash guard, also known as a hush cusshion, takes a full day of researh to find the part requried. I would not recommend installing one. Needless to say I now need a plumber to remove the disposal to replace this wornout $8 rubber piece. I have decided if I am hiring a plumber I might as well replace it with a more friendly brand. I will never purchase another Franke product AGAIN.
