This was a replacement unit, as our original disposal unit had stopped working. We decided we were happy with the performance and to replace it with a duplicate.
Installation could not have been easier. I would note that I needed a channel-lock pliers to "squeeze" the twist-lock mechanism into final position. That was easy, and fine with me as that means it's good and tight!
Disposal is used multiple times daily (after 6-person meals), and works great.
Prompt delivery in factory packaging.

Got a replacement for one I already owned. It was very easy to replace. I was skeptical going into the "job" that it would take a few hours. To my nice surprise I was able to change it out in 35 minutes and still play golf on Saturday! ( I only had to swap out the unit itself, not the drain from the sink since it was a replacement)
