Comments about AT&T AT&T Aliph Bluetooth Headset:
The earpiece doesn't fit comfortably in your ear while maintaining correct contact with your cheek. They provide 3 different size (i call them o-rings) for fitting snugly inside your ear, only one will fit, but for me it's very uncomfortable. They do provide a u shaped clip to hang the headset over your ear but you still need to place it properly to make and receive calls and it's just not comfortable. All other aspects are outstanding, light weight, small, great sound. Don't be put off by the lack of a volume control, I just use the phones because the default volume is very loud. If it was more comfortable I would of given it 5 stars!

I have purchased several bluetooth headsets but they all seemed to be complicated in ensuring they are connected or were too quiet so I couldn't hear clearly or the wind noise was overbearing that my counterpart couldn't hear. With this unit it all comes together to finally provide a product that works all around for me. I can only recommend this product

This is an excellent product. I use it with an iPhone and the battery life shows up on-screen. It can be used with multiple phones (up to eight), has an actual on-off switch (what a concept!) has outstanding noise control. Hearing clarity is also outstanding, much better than using the actual phone. Overall, I could not be more pleased.

Overall I really like it. The look is great - very trendy. The sound quality is good and I like some of the unique features; for example it tells you how many minutes of talk time you have left.
My one drawback is that it does not stay in my ear. It comes with an optional ear loop to hook over your ear, and without that I couldn't use it at all. It comes with several size ear buds, but none of them will stay in my ear.

Love the upgrades! Was using the Jawbone II, and upgraded to the ICON to use with both my work & personal cell phones. GREAT feature!
Only con is volume control. It's supposed to self-regulate by the volume you set on your phone, but it's not loud enough sometimes, and although the idea of loud calls being made lower and low volume calls being increased automatically is good in theory, it needs some adjustments or just put volume control back on the ICON itself.

Great bluetooth. Earbud fits perfect without ear loop. Sound is crisp and the auto volume adjust is almost perfect (can still use manual volume control on phone). I previously had a motorola bluetooth but had static problems and people on the other end could hear all the background noise. With the noise assassin on the icon, that problem is resolved. Callers can hear me loud and clear and i can hear them perfectly. Small compact and stylish design. Battery is great but, like all devices, would be even better if it could be longer. Not really a problem though because the icon's battery life is the same average as if not better than any other bluetooth headset. Did I mention comfortable?
