We purchased this machine for our home use. The machine was very easy to set up and program including installation of ink cartridge. Nice compact machine with all of the features needed for our personal business needs. Speed was not a priority for us but it performs very well nevertheless.

Service & Delivery comments:

Delivery was within a few days of ordering it online. It was more than adequately packaged to avert any damage which we appreciated.
