Comments about Epicurean Epicurean Slate Kitchen Series 15x11 Cutting Board:

The cutting board arrived and have a very distinctive chemical smell. After hand washing several time with different soaps and running it through the diswasher the smell was still there and made the board almost unusable. The second problem was the board was slightly warped to it did not sit flat on the counter--tried different surfaces and both sides of board but it did not work. Maybe just bad luck but I would not recommend and threw mine away.
