This is the second one that I've had to purchase. The board dries out fairly quickly and starts to split into 3 separate pieces. My first one eventually split after about 3 years. It seems to be the only option to fit over the griddle though.

Covers the messy griddle area well and gives you more work area on the stove. Not as thick as I would have thought but a great addition to the range top.

Haven't had the chance to use it since our new home still isn't finished. What I do like so far is that it fits perfectly on top of my griddle and offers some "workspace".
