My wife decided to leave the TV on the counter. So at the moment the mount is standung by. It does look ready to go and I am slightly frustrated that I didn't get to put it up.

We use the TV under counter mount in the Kitchen under a set of Cabinets. I have a 15" Sharp LCD TV attached to this bracet. It does work. I repeat it does work, BUT the swivel portion of the unit rocks back and forth, the unit was a bit difficult to put up, and the cover screws were impossible to put back into the unit. It doesn't seem sturdy at all. The TV meets the weight limit of the Mount. I guess I expected something a bit sturdier. I have to be careful when I move the TV from side to side and also when pushing it up and out of the way. The unit tends to wobble. I believe handled with a bit of care the TV mount will work just fine.

You can spend a lot more on mounts, so this is a decent, economical option. It's a solid design, and looks good installed. I had no issues with the install. I was installing an LCD that didn't match the mounting slots, so I had to make and adapter. Make sure your TV is the correct standard. My only complaint is that at the farthest extension, there is a little play in the mechanism so it's impossible to have it angled completely out. (This is minor as it only moves a slight amount.)
