I have been using my 5 Qt Kitchen Aid Mixer for 19 years and it continues to be dependable and consistent without any issues-ever. Home made bread is a favorite and the bread dough hook makes kneading the dough a breeze. The family comes running when they smell the warm yeast bread baking in the oven. My hobby and passion, is making wedding cakes. I would not attempt the job without my Kitchen Aid. I frequently make 4 to 5 tier layers of multiple cake flavors with smooth white butter cream frosting. I am proud of the results every time I deliver a cake. My children are now grown and married. The refurbished units made the price affordable during these financially economic troubled times, yet with the "Kitchen Aid" name, and extended warranty, You can't go wrong!
