This is a great, heavy duty griddle/skillet. We are still working on "seasoning" it, which seems to take a lot of time/work.

Use it to make meats on the grill & it cooks much better, more even etc. Its pretty heavy & just wish that it did not have to be seasoned so much as not to rust.
