When you use a smoker it takes hours. We were able to cook more food at one time. This is important because we always cook for a crowd.

Must overlap two in order to fit in the Weber Kettle Grill. Chicken was difficult to pull out once cooked in some instances. In general a good product and easier to clean than the cheaper rib racks sold in the chain stores.

This is a must for ribs or chicken! It allows even cooking with out turning.In a smoker when the top is taken off to turn the cuts, heat escapes, which adds time to a 3 to 6 hour task, depending on what , and how much one is doing , not to mention the extra fuel (electricity in my Case as I have an upright electric water smoker. I love it! [...]

Saves loads of spcae, yet allows ribs to cook just as if they were placed on the grill...without the danger of burning them. Also allows easy basting of ribs as they cook - perfect for maximising the space on your grill!
