a few of my oversized steak knives didnt fit it the proper location, but there where definitely enough spaces to make up for that. Overall a great product. Gave me 1 central location to place my knives as opposites to 3 separate ones.

The solid, sturdy construction of this knife block is undeniable, and it makes for a very impressive statement on the counter. I really like having several slots for larger chef's knives and other wide cutlery, since most blocks skimp on those for some reason.
The one odd thing about this block is the swivel, which some people might like but I find rather awkward. Every time you remove or add a knife to the block it moves around rather unsteadily. It's a bit disturbing for someone that's not used to a swivel, so I will likely attempt to remove the swivel once I have time to get out my toolbox and fiddle around with it.

Great oak knife block for the price. Holds even the biggest, widest knives. Steak knife slots a little close together though. Great value.
Comments about Wusthof Wusthof 22 Slot Knife Block:
This is the biggest number of slots I could find. My only issue with it is that the swivel base is hard to turn once all the knives are loaded. All the handles sticking out the front make it front heavy on the swivel. Not that I turn it much. It does take up counter space so, I put mine in the corner because my coutner depth is greater there.
