Received paring knife's and was impressed with size perfect for my hands. I cook alot so these are used in daily cooking recipes. I was so impressed when I took them out to cut something that I thought would be a challenge to them. First thing, I thought they will not do it, well, to by suprise the knife glided through it's challenge. Very impressed and would recommend to buy !
