Comments about Wusthof Wusthof Grand Prix II 6-1/2" Oriental Cook:
I have a variery of knives for cooking, and this knife is the best knife I have ever owned. It is very sharp and stays sharp for a long time. I am using this knife every day basis about for 5 years and it is still sharp. It is light and easy to grip compared to other santoku knives, and again very sharp that I can cut food very thin. The granton edge (pockets) which supposed to prevent food sticking to the knife is not that effective, but I do not have any complain about this knife.
