A drawback would be that I have multi vehicles and need to have multiple bases - Just the plate that would adhere to the dashes of each vehicle

I bought the C330 for myself 5 months ago and was very satisfied with it. Since we were moving to greater Atlanta and I often was moving it from my car to my wifes, I bought her one of her own for Christmas. She loves it and uses it every time she leaves the driveway. She is normally technically challenged, but has quicly grasped the easy controls of this product. GPS finds itself quickly. An great improvement would be a zoom-out map function to see better pictorially where you and your destination are relative to saved favorites or major intersections / landmarks.

This was my first GPS Navigator and I wanted a product that was "plug and play" and that is what this product provided. If you are put off by products that require that you read instructions the size of small novel, the instructions are a few pages and are really unnecessary. Just plug it in, turn it on and the operations are very intuitive.

A Christmas gift that should have been given four days early. My dear wife made numerous phone calls, while in the Dallas area, for directions. As close to plug and play as you can get! I received my StreetPilot c330 as a Christmas gift. The darned thing even told me about restaurants that I didn't know existed in my own neighborhood! Incredibly easy to use. Can't wait for my next trip to the North Woods.

Right out of the package onto the windshield of my truck. I didn't even have to read the instructions. The multi language interface is great. I have chosen the British english just to make my day a little more fun. Easy to operate and extremely accurate. The pre loaded software is amazing!
