We spend alot of time trying to find home addresses in the metro and outstate regions and the 200w is infalable, it's made travel fun.No worrys anymore about being off course.Love it!!!

The Garmin Nuvi 200W is an adequate instrument for anyone that travels in new places.

It is easy to use and I am not very good with the gadjets.
**The Nuvi 200W has a screen that can be read so much better in adverse light conditions than the 200. I had experience with a friends 200 in Texas last winter and decided to by one because of travel in non familiar areas. The 200 did it's job but the Nuvi 200W is superior when using it in bright sunshine. You pilots can relate to that with the older radios we used.
One other thing that I really appreciated was it would recalculate directions on its own if you went into a mall or to a store that you hadn't planned on that was off course. The Nuvi 200W would take a little time and start giving directions from where you had strayed.
Also when you got there all it takes is hit the address you left and it will take you right back -not a complicated process.
I'm sure the more expensive models of GPS units will do great things but I am not sure why I would want more. My car has the ability to tell me how fast I'm going how many miles I've traveled etc.
One more thing - no matter where you are you can find a place to eat that serves what you want, a gas station, a motel and things that are important to your trips.

If your looking to not spend alot of money for a gps and still be able to get the quality. Purchase the Garmin Nuvi 200W you will be impressed.
