Once you get the hang of it, it's great. I'm used to Hertz's Neverlost (Magellan) so it just took some reorientation. Nice size, screen, battery life, cradle. Web site needs work... unclear if updates will be available, for free or at any price. Only half of my own street is in their maps (it was completed about 5 years ago) so it's got room for improvement.

I was disappointed with the fact my home zip code was not avalible and my dr.office zip was not also. this happen on my first two trips--have not used it since

Don't rely entirely upon a GPS! Keep your maps!
If you know shortcuts, the GPS can be very insistent on your making a U-turn to get back to its intended route! Be patient, it may take a mile or two for it to figure out your shortcut!

NOt very easy to receive signal for some reason. Constantly looking for signal or directing a wrong road. It has a very good quality graphics though. I wish it was attached to my DVD...lol
