You can use this bag for all kinds of travel. Great for computer and tech toys as well as magazines,papers,a change of clothes. If you are a creative person, it's amazing what fits in this bag. Feels light when carrying around with a comfortable ajustable strap.

My old Tumi bag was starting to wear (it is 8 years old). I really didn't want to carry such a large bag anymore either.
This bag is pretty small (which has benefits and drawbacks). I fit my 13" laptop in the back of the case. Granted, this is not made for a laptop, but fits nicely (without any protection for the computer). I can carry a camera, cords and paperwork in there as well.
I really like the green/orange color combination (green on the outside and orange in the inside). The fit and finish of the bag is great- certainly up to Tumi quality.
Overall, I do like my new- smaller and much lighter bag. (it also comes in black).
