This radio has good sound, a lot of preset channels, the weather/traffic/tv stations, and a sleek design...I just wish it came in black. Otherwise great buy and value. Antennea is great too, reception is great.

It can't be hung off the towel rack in the shower which would be great for me, but I just set it on top of it. It's got a wide enough base that it's been perfectly steady up there. Sounds great. Never a bit of static. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I have been looking for a Bathroom Radio/CD player and did A LOT of research. The research has been worth it. This product is exactly what I was looking for. Great reception, solid build, easy to use features. I primarily use it in the bathroom while showering, but it is just as useful to carry from room to room if I have a good station on.

I'm liking it. Controls intuitive. Good sound for this type of device. I mean seriously, have you heard the alternative shower radio!?!? It's not pretty. I know 6 other people with them. Some have had them for about 4 or 5 years so I will assume that on average they will last for a while.

So glad I bought this. Initially hesitant about the price, but that was gone as soon as I was using it the next morning. Very warm sound, great for talk radio. Seems like it's built very solid. This is the best shower radio I could have bought!! I tried several cheaper brands like Jwin and they only lasted for few days. There was always a problem, either the CD player wasn't working or the radio had horrible reception. The SONY shower radio is the best out there. It's little pricy, but after all you get what you pay for and the price is well worth it. It works absolutely great and I get the feeling it will continue to do so for many years. The design is great, operation very easy, batteries last pretty long time, even with the CD playing every morning for 20 minutes. It's little bit heavy, but extremely durable. When it comes to shower radios, SONY have figured out how to make the perfect one! Definitely get this radio and you will not regret it!!

The product seems to be of good quality construction, but the CD compartment on the back is awkward to deal with when the radio is hung on a rope. The radio reception is good, but the sound quality isn't as good as I had hoped. I have to turn the volume up higher than usual to hear details.

Daughter wanted a shower radio for new condo and had a previous Sony shower radio that was great. Kept the old one for the old house and new one goes in the condo. Therefore I cannot rate it except on her word.
