This is the first set of earphones I tried that actually fits my small, hard-to-fit ear canal. The included ear pieces provide almost limitless choices. They fit, they're comfortable, and they stay in! The sound is excellent. Music (classical) is true and the stereo is good. I get good balance. Obviously, a concert hall is better, but this is more than adequate. For audiobooks, the spoken word is clear and comprehensible. The light weight and compact design make these perfect for traveling. I am very pleased with what I got and the price makes them a great value.
Delivery was prompt and I was kept well informed of shipping status. Description on the web site was accurate and helpful. I was really able to "shop" amongst many choices and pick what was best with some confidence. Product arrived in good condition. How could it not? It came in one of the armoured plastic packages that require sharp knives to open. I cut myself on the plastic pretty badly. Inside that there was more armouring. Honestly, who designs these things?

With the multiple sleeves it was very easy to find a fit that worked for me. The foam tip is very comfortable. And they do a great job of staying in my ear. I use these for working out and I have no problem hearing my music and blocking out the club music.

The sound is crisp and clear. No more bass than I got with the Apple ipod though. Maybe my ears are just funky shaped but while you do get multiple attachments to help the headphones fit better, they keep falling out whenever I work out. Great headphones if I'm riding the train or sitting and reading outside though because for not being white noise headphones, they do block out a decent amount of ambient noise.

This is an exceptional product. I use these earphones for my i-pod and they blow away any other earphones I have ever purchased. [...] If you are a real music lover, you want a pair of these headphones. The sound is so clear you can use them while flying without straining to hear. Be careful with these headphones because they isloate so much exterior noise if you are rollerblading, jogging or running you have to be very aware of your surroundings being that you won't really be able to use your auditory senses.
