No reception in Atlanta, Dalas, Seattle, Anchorage, Homer, Chicago airports with built-in antenna.
Finally got 3-bar signal in Atlanta ONLY on its external antenna--quite a tether to carry around.
XM tech support is clueless where its signal is received; but, great a trying upsales! Samsung's typical service menu does not list XM Helix (considered a MP3 player!). Nice pagkaging and accessories included. Their support understanding but no solution. Abt superb in resolving.
