volume wheel poorly designed. mine repeatedly falls off; in fact I lost it while running--this limits usefulness of radio, as I no longer can change the volume. also controls not intuitive. also wire broke one earpiece so I only hear in one ear

I love running and this is the perfect companion, it is light weight with a great reception. Does not interfear with my arm movement. The only setback is armband no replacement can be found once worn out.
I believe abt can improve on delivery time. With Fedex and Ups overnight this should not be an issue. It took almost forever to arrive. But product was in excellent condition once arrived.

I bought this to use when I work outside for my job doing internet auto pictures.
It works pretty good, even many miles from the radio stations, BUT it is very vulnerable to outside interference even when in a local station's close-in area. When using my HP Palm, and digital camera, there is whistling and whining from the unit. It is also sensitive to position for am reception, due to the antenna being in the body and subject to its position. Nothing major, but occasionally annoying!
Buttons and controls are ok, but not that accessible when using on the belt clip and also are easy to bump when on your belt.

bought this for my mom's birthday, she likes it very much. She had one of those "headset" radios to do her daily walk, so this lightweight Sony was a good replacement to get that 'head weight' off,was looking kind of outdated too.
As usual, quick, reliable, and radio came well packaged.
