Nice looking and small for its storage volume. The click wheel sometimes freezes up for a short time or it takes several trys to get it to respond. It took me several days to figure out how to download music into it from iTunes. It has also been a challenge to me on how to add to my download already synced from iTunes without losing what I have already synced. I usually do not have problems getting a new gadget to do what I need, but for some reason, this iPod has been a bit of a challenge.
