I don't have any complaints except, it doesn't have to much storage and firmware is a little slow sometimes when changing screen layout. But I updated the firmware because they have fixed some bugs and have added new functionalities to change and arrange the icons on the screen and changing layout is faster now.

Product is great. Design and functionality are exceptional. Wireless internet on UNSECURED networks is a breeze.

I have not been sucessful in providing the encryption code and connecting through our home network. Apple Tech. support is non-existent. FAQs are a joke.

since apple recently opened up the programing code to third party software developers i'm hoprful that other apps can be downloaded to the device. specifically game apps. otherwise apple got it right this time. i've acctually purchased an 8 gig touch for my girlfrend Marie.
