I ordered 2 of these for my Nephews. I had trouble initially trying to set both of them up, it seemed like you had to keep pressing the power power over, and over, and over to get it to turn on on both. Finally I got one to act right, loaded it up with music, and i surprised by how loud the bass thumped. The other one only turn ed on after I repeatedly plugged it into the computer over, and over to load music on it. After it was loaded, I unplugged the USB, and hit the power button, and nothing happened. I called ABT, and this lady was soooo nice in assisting me with the return. ABT emailed me the pre-return form, and it was very simple in returning the defective one.
