An excellent product that offers great sound quality. The bass is especially good - I need to try this with my BIG headphones now (the supplied earphones are great too).

The only thing that really, really bugs me is the inability to create playlists on the device. The only way to create playlists is to create them on your computer, and then sync the playlist to the device. You cannot even open the device in Windows Media player and create a playlist there.
