I bought this to use in the winter. I don't like running/walking in the cold weather so I wanted a basic treadmill that I could use during the cold months. It really is easy to use. The controls are self-explanatory. There are a lot of functions that I haven't even tried yet but I'm sure I will get to them. I use the treadmill about three to five times per week. I have no complaints so far.
Service & Delivery comments:
Delivery was prompt as always with Abt. I paid to have the treadmill assembled (about $100). That was one of the best decisions I ever made. It would have taken me a month to put it together.
