only major problem is limited access to internet. only easy workaround is to buy a single slot BR DVD player and use it for access to netflixs and one time use of DVD such as rentals and guest use.

This player is an excellent product. Start up is a bit slow, but otherwise a great system!

Dimensions may be a problem for some; this is deep and high! Having all of your DVDs at your fingertips, cataloged, and thumbnails is fantastic. The internet connection is a great feature for catalog info. It's not wireless, but with the addition of a Linksys Bridge it can be. The catalog can be sorted and group by multiple criteria. You DO NOT have to be connected to the internet to view the catalog, just to get data on DVDs added and/or updated inf.
Prompt delivery. The product arrived in excellent condition. Order to ship time was very quick (within 24hrs).
