I use this TV in my bedroom and it's the perfect size for my use. The set-up instructions were very detailed and yet still easy to understand. My biggest complaint about this TV (and this may not apply to most folks) is that the closed-captioning text is very small and the position of it interferes with the program.

We utilized an under-cabinet mount in the kitchen and the TV has been wonderful. Easy to set-up, with great image. Hooked it up to our DVD/Hard-drive and now we are set.

I am happy with my purchase.

I bought this Samsung 19" (2nd TV) to have one in the bedroom. The only thing is sometimes I use the Closed Captioning when I'm doing other things and the print is a little small for me.

It's a nice, lightweight tv for a bedroom. However, when I was working out on the floor and looked up at the tv, the colors were off. Otherwise, the colors and sound are just fine.
Also, when I connected it to my dvd recorder / vcr, I thought that I did everything correctly, but I was not picking up all of my channels. I didn't have a problem with my other TV (different brand)in the living room when I connected it to the same model dvd recorder / vcr.
I guess I'll have to redo the setup from scratch, otherwise I won't be able to record all of my channels.

Have misssed the news or special TV shows while working on the computer or doing other office activities in our 'at home' office. This TV takes up very little room while being large enough to enjoy the excellent picture. The "TV Listener" lets me hear what's going on while not disturbing anyone else. Excellent benifents for the price. Highly recommend.

I bought this TV to replace an old CRT-style analog TV (Sony Trinitron WEGA) that was experiencing interference from a neighbor's defective remote (old TV being powered off and on by said defective remote without any action on my part. Since old analog TV (had it not been subject to interference from neighbor's defective remote) would have required the purchase of an HD converter box, it make good sense financially to just replace it with an HD TV. The Samsung Series 4 was an extremely fortuitous find - not only did it resolve the interference problem from the neighbor's defective remote and make using a converter box unnecessary, the image, the sound, the everything about this HD TV exceeds expectations! If you can possibly afford it, don't buy a converter box; upgrade your analog TV to a Samsung! You'll be more than glad you did!

Abt delivery was ahead of time expected (received TV 2 days after placing Internet order); the packing was done with great care and the TV was in excellent condition upon arrival.
