good value for the price point. Really needs more connection options. Don't get the kind of picture contrast that you would with LED for the dark areas of the screen but I chose this option.

Delivery and set up service were great and saved a lot of time from delivery to enjoyment of the product. Limitations on connections on the unit limited what options could be used in hookup. Removal of old unit was one of the reasons I purchased from Abt

I bought this TV as a replacement for a 32 inch Samsung. The Samsung was nice but tuning to digital TV broadcast stations was an exercise. With this TV, once you add your digital stations to your Favorites, it's a point and click.
In addition, when I turn on my sony blu-ray dvd player, the TV automatically switches to that connection and I'm ready to select Netflix and view a movie.

I bought this TV for my elderly mother. She has poor eyesight and this TV has good contrast and color for her. She is also partially deaf, so needs closed captions. This TV's closed captions are big and clear. She loves the TV. Since her retirement home has its own cable system, high definition does not apply, so we can't comment on that. Hopefully, we will be able to find a high definition option to sign her up for. Otherwise, we are very happy with this Sony Bravia.

Delivery was prompt. The TV was in excellent condition when we unpacked it. Before deciding on which model to buy, I conversed at length with an ABT online agent to determine if the TV was right for us. The agent answered all our questions and was very polite and patient--wonderful customer service! This is our second purchase from ABT and we will buy from again.

This was my first venture into HDTV. Picture clarity is very good with SD cable (I do not have HD programming through my cable provider). I do not have a Blu-Ray player so the only test I've been able to do is using a regular DVD player that upconverts to 1080p using an HDMI cable (not included). The results have been stunning, making the decision to go more Hi-Def easier to make. Sound quality is decent for a standalone unit.
