Did not use much yet, however, I found it to be very satisfactory with ease of use and the great quality of images. When attached to my old film camera "L" lenses it gets to be a bit heavy for handheld shooting. May require at least a monopod for longer, faster lenses of f2.8 aperture. Overall I would say, this is a keeper & a winner.

I would highly recommend this camera. It's easy, light weight, and all around great. I use it quite at bit for my families sporting events and like the fact it has a repeat selection.

T1i/500d is like EOS50D inside XSi/450D

This is my first dSLR and I absoluty love this camera. The 3" VGA LCD is clear and sharp. Live View Mode with 3 AF modes works very well. Expanded ISO (100-12600) really help in low-light and in-door situations. I really like the No-Flash mode so you don't need go to menu to turn off the flash when you shot pictures in museum. IMO, T1i/500d is like EOS50D inside XSi/450D body. They are so many features that come from 50D and some even come from 5d like HD video mode.
