I took the camera out of the box and within 5 minutes felt I had a good understanding of its features. Very easy to use, great picture quality, no replacing batteries, and its a Sony.

I purchased this camera to replace a rusty, yet trusty Canon S230 Powershot (circa 2003). The clarity of the pictures is fantastic, simple to use and user interface is very intuitive. This camera is perfect for casual, everyday use.

hello to everyone who reads this review. i am not new to sony products and i always prefer sony. i have a vio laptop, sony hdtv, dvd player, sony cyber shot 10.1 mp dsw170 camera and now i purchsed another sony 8.1 dsw 150 for my brother. i really like the techomolgy of sony and their customer service. i highly recoomed this camera, beacuse of the features and comfort. it is always great experince to shoot from this camera. the mp and zoom is more than enough for the regular photography. my camera came along with free 1 gb memory stick which was exculsive offer on abt.com and i wish to purchse more of the things both from sony on abt.com. This product is highly recommened.

But only five and then it was full!
Can look through the camera as well as use monitor.

Abt Electronics Response: The camera purchased contains only 15 MB of internal memory. To hold more photos, you would need to purchase a memory stick media card. A 1GB or 2GB card would hold hundreds of photos for you. This information is explained on our website as well as links to recommended accessories (including memory cards).

I bought this camera for the 5X zoom, still being a compact camera. (better zoom normally means larger camera) What a difference in my ability to take close up pics of birds, butterflies and flowers. The pics turn out great! [...]

I found this camera to be an overall very good camera with cool features and effects. My one problem with this camera is that it does not allow you to zoom once you are already shooting a video which can be very annoying but otherwise its a great camera.
