We use it for family gatherings, travel. The pictures are very clear and crisp. Lacks a Viewfinder. We have had it for 3 weeks and haven't used all the features yet.

Only down side is the picture software that comes with the camera only allows me to print 8 1/2 X 11, no option to change to 4 X 6. So I have to reopen the photo in "my pictures" and print from there. Otherwise, the camera itself is very user friendly.
