This antenna didn't even compare to my old rabbit ears, and I was hoping it would be an upgrade. Sketchy reception and a lot more fiddling with the position of the antenna. The coaxial cable included did not fit into my digital converter box. AND the antenna needs to be plugged in with an adaptor, which, aside from sucking up energy, keeps the antenna on a short leash. What a let-down.

This unit looks good, but the reception is non-existent. No matter where I placed the unit, I could not get a strong signal on any channel. The rabbit ears I was using worked better.

It works, and easy to set up.

Antenna does not deliver on the reception. Perhaps something in the building where I live is somehow blocking signals. Good looking design, spotty reception. Strong signals on some channels - snow & static on others. Mostly no reception on broadcast channels. Perhaps the instructions could be made a bit clearer,or perhaps the antenna needs to be specially mounted. Bummer.

Delivery was prompt with thorough retailer follow-up. That was totally impressive. ABT appears to hold to highest standards of customer satisfaction. Kudos to ABT.

Antenna set up easily and mounted on a bedroom closet shelf. Digital reception is excellent and I now pick up channels I never knew existed with my previous analog set. I am pleased with the cost and function of this antenna.

I was looking for an antenna for a 6" portable TV. I wanted something that would work indoors and not be to big. For the most part this works. I still cannot get CBS in my city (Chicago) and this antenna does needs AC power. However, The rest of the channels come in great and being indoors power is available. It does what I need it to do.

It picks up the analog signal but I am left with no signal too often on digital signal. During the daytime I rarely get digital and it leaves me hanging at night. I use it in my office so I can watch some tv while I am on the computer. I like the look of the antenna.

I ordered the antenna to help to convert my kitchen TV for the digital change. Still no digital but was able to bring in analog stations that I could not reach before. Intend to return my digital box for a new one and try it together with the Futura.

Thank goodness I didn't throw my old rabbit ears away! Bought this antenae to go with the HDTV TV I bought from ABT (which was fine). The reception on the old rabbit ears was actually better than the GE Futura.

I have two TVs that use rabbit-ears for local (12 miles away) stations. The reception was fair. After I purchased the digital converter boxes for these TVs, the rabbit ears had difficulty picking up the digital signals...had to keep moving them around and still they dropped signals. I then bought and set up these GE antennas. I am amazed at how well they work. All of the stations are clear, with beautiful color and sound. The remote can be set up to control the tv (on/off and volume) so it is very convenient. I am extremely happy with the results.

Completed a LOT of research prior to purchasing and thought a lot about just keeping the old rabbit ears...glad I didn't. This unit has a sleek look & is VERY simple... up and testing in 2 minutes. I was quite surprised since my goal was for use in the cabin/below water level of a boat. Can get the anticipated channels + 3 more that the "old ears" didn't pick up clear enough to even watch. Of course with digital..location, location, location & it's either there are not but the signal strength allows no frustrations and clear uninterrupted channel viewing. Money well spent. [...]

Unable to get a couple of channels that I can get with a simple, un-amplified loop. For most channels, I get same performance as the loop. All the channels of my concern are UHF. I did not look at VHF and FM performance.

Catches all stations in my area, though since I'm less than 10 miles from the antennas it's not a really hard place to get the signals. Even at my close range, the amplification definitely helps my TV with the signal strength. Plus this antenna is compact and looks good enough to actually place in the living room.

It is indoor and not quite as good as an outside would be but given the conditions fine. It will not pick up all the avaiable stations i.e. Channel 2.
Very reasonably priced.

This antenna works well. It replaced a standard antenna which would not hold the HD signal. This antenna keeps the HD signal within the Good or strong range. It looks great as well.
