Plenty of hot water for my family -- after three weeks and countless showers we've had no issues.
Delivery was great. They were on time and fast. They fully explained the controls. Just wish they had worn shoe slippers so a bit less dirt would have been tracked into the house.

No problem with controls.
Its not large fits in good space.

It's not a TV. Not as much fun. [...]Bought it because it was energy star listed, and has a longer warranty than most. Thanks ABT...good stuff and love supporting a local business.

units works well in my house and i have no complaints about it. the install was not difficult and it appears to be well built. would definitely recommend this product!
delivered in excellent shape. no complaints at all.
