The product works great, quiet easy to clean. My only question is,what is the black material that I keep wiping off the plates. Is it airborn, or is it produced by the unit itself.

Help reduce the allergens in the air and stopped my allergic cough. Picked up dust in the air and carpeting that the Vacumn cleaner did not.
Everything that was expected of product is true.

We are very happy with the Sonic Breeze. It seems to work well....always has accumulated dust/hair each week. It is very easy to clean. Would like to have another one for the bedroom.
