We purchased this item to replace a tiring older Spacemaker II model that came with the house. (it was about 12 to 14 years old). The new one is atractive, easy to use and for it's size packs some punch. I hung it in the same spot as the old one (under a cabinet) and this really helps with counter space. I do not recommend buying the "hanging kit" as this is just 4 screws and washers that can be gotten at any hardware store for less than a dollar. The microwave itself however I recommend highly.

A lighted keypad would be nice since it kind of sits in a corner. But no real biggie! It is great for what we use it for.

It is perfect for the countertop and almost looks like it belongs in my stainless steal kitchen. I would recommend for a newer kitchen. Perfect.

We had a built in convection/microwave oven that broke. This was the ONLY microwave that would fit in the depth of our cabinet. I miss having convection but for a microwave this is great. Easy sceen, no need for directions, looks good and works well. Wish it had volume on the beeping but the fact that it fit in what would have been a hole in the wall, means we love it.

This is the identical in-cabinet (with conversion kit) model to replace a unit that failed three years after a major kitchen remodel. With numerous children operating the unit over the years, it is unknown if the failure was due to faulty manufacturing or operator error. Although the warranty had expired, we have been happy enough with the unit's performance to replace it with the exact same model.

I went to [...] to find an under cab microwave. All of their models were the size of Buicks with more features (and power) than I wanted for the space available. This was an easy install. Never read the manual - not needed.

If you are looking for a compact micro the choices are slim... This one works well so far. Had the previous generation which lasted 6yrs until its ability to heat properly was severly reduced.

I chose it primarily because of its 11 1/4" depth (per the specs) because it has to fit in a cabinet. Turned out that it's actually slightly over 12" deep so it barely fits. It's still the least deep 1.0 cu. ft. unit I found and it looks great and works well.

great for those needing small item. ours is in-cabinet with surround so looks very sleek and nice. drawback which was not included is specs is no volume adjustment on keypad and end of cooking signal. old model had this so very disappointed it cannot be adjusted.

I really love this microwave - totally worth paying a bit more to get the look and performance of this appliance. It is one of the only ones out there that fits underneath the cabinet so that counterspace is conserved. And its compact size doesn't prevent large items from being heated due to the door design and its coordination with the rotating plate. This microwave is very well designed - no complaints.

It's a pretty basic microwave, nice and small, looks good and works well. The express features are nice --one touch, you can choose either 1, 2 or 3 minutes.

This is a great microwave for those who don't have a lot of counter space or those who do not want a microwave on the counter (if you have a hood over your stove, this is a great way to have a microwave nearby and in the open without being an eyesore). NOTE: You need to also purchase the hanging kit with the microwave--it's about $[...].In terms of capabilities and use, the microwave does all you need it to do--defrost, heat up, etc. I don't cook with my microwave, so if you plan to do a lot of cooking in it, you'd have to ask someone who does. It's great for the basics.

Would recommend mounting it. When the door is wide open, it tends to tip.

The stainless steel cover plate feel off the lever that opens the door immediately. Didn't seem to be attached in any way. But you can't beat the built in look or power for the price. So it is definately a really good deal!

The microwave looks and works great! I like the food sensing feature. I think I stripped the mounting holes when I installed the under cabinet bracket. It has not fallen yet so I guess it will hold my cup of coffee as it reheats. Use Pledge to keep the finger prints off!

The reheat function with the sensor is great. Love the fact that it frees up counterspace with the under-cabinet mount feature. And you can stop the turntable for large or multiple dishes.
